Application of cost adjustment in social support of patients with blood purification

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of cost adjustment in social support of patients with blood purification .Methods Sixth-six patients with blood purification were randomly divided into experimental group (n= 33) and control group (n= 33) .The control group was given routine nursing care .The experimental group was given cost adjustment on the base of the control group . The treatment compliance ,giving up treatment rate ,dutch act rate ,quality of life and social return rate of 2 groups were compared .Results The treatment compliance ,giving up treatment rate , dutch act rate ,quality of life and social return rate in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group .Conclusion Cost adjustment nursing is helpful to solve the economic worries of patients with blood purification ,and it can improve the quality of life and social regression rate .
