Effects of outpatient intervention to control neonatal weight on pregnancy outcome

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinic intervention on neonatal weight and pregnancy outcome .Methods 200 cases of 20 to 24 weeks singleton pregnant primipara were randomly divided into control group (n=100) and observation group (n=100) .The control group was given routine prenatal examination ,the observation group was given outpatient guidance to control neonatal weight during pregnancy .The neonatal birth weight ,neonatal asphyxia ,mode of production ,birth process block , postpartum hemorrhage of 2 groups were compared . Results The rate of neonatal macrosomia ,cesarean section ,birth process block ,neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than that in the control group .Conclusion Outpatient guidance to control neonatal weight are conducive to the pregnancy outcome .
