Application of new type of dressing on the wound af ter radical operation of breast cancer

Abstract：Objective To study effects of mesalt dressing and hydrophilic fibers silver-containing dressing and exudate absorption stickers in wound dressing changes after radical operation of breast cancer . Methods 60 cases of radical mastectomy were recruited and divided into observation group (n=30)and control group(n=30) .The observation group were filled with mesalt and hydrophilic fibers silver-containing dressings and covered by exudate absorption stickers .The control group was filled with sensitive drug gauze and covered by sterile gauze . Results The difficulty degree of dressing removal ,pain degree ,wound healing time ,healing rate ,number of dressing change in the observation group were less than that in the control group .Conclusion Effects of mesalt dressing and hydrophilic fibers silver-containing dressing and exudate absorption stickers used in wound dressing after radical operation of breast cancer are significantly better than traditional methods .
