Prediction of incidence of cerebral infarction under the influence of meteorological factors and the nursing strategies

Abstract：Objective To study the correlation between cerebral infarction and meteorological factors ,to establish the forecasting model ,and to provide the basis for making the effective nursing measures .Methods The daily number of cerebral infarction and meteorological data from 2008 to 2011 in Jingmen were collected . The relationship between cerebral infarction and various meteorological factors were analyzed by the method of linear regression analysis and prediction model was constructed . Results Incidence rate of cerebral infarction was positively correlated with temperature and sunshine ,and it was negatively correlated with pressure .Conclusion The incidence of cerebral infarction and meteorological factors are closely related ,the regression model has a good forecast effect . Prevention and nursing on cerebral infarction should be given according to the meteorological factors .
