The status of chronic fatigue in contracted nurses and analysis of relative factors
Abstract：Objective To understand the current state of chronic fatigue of the contract nurses,to explore the influencing factors of chronic fatigue of the contract nurses. Methods 235 contract nurses in a hospital of Guangzhou were randomly surveyed by fatigue rating scale and self-designed general situation questionnaire, and took healthy people as a control group. Results 98.25% of the contract nurses met the diagnostic criteria for chronic fatigue, and the fatigue score was 7.04+3.13. It is found that the situation of physical exercise, job satisfaction, the reasons of selecting current section and hierarchy of the contract nurses have a significant effect on fatigue. Conchtsion The contract nurses fatigue situation is serious, so both managers and contract nurses themselves should take positive measures to improve the fatigue situation.
