Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of gamma-oryzanol combined with rabeprazole enteric coated capsules in the treatment of dysphagia

Abstract：Objective To explore the effectiveness and adverse reactions of the combined therapy of gamma-oryzanol with rabeprazole enteric coated capsules in patients with dysphagia.Methods Using the random number table method,half of 80 patients with dysphagia(treated from January 2022 to December 2023 in our hodpital)were included in the control group(treated with rabeprazole enteric coated capsules as a single therapy),while the remaining study subjects were assigned to the observation group(treated with a combination of gamma-oryzanol with rabeprazole enteric coated capsules).The grouping strategy was based on different treatment plans,and the observation indicators were treatment effectiveness,adverse reactions,and recurrence.Results The research results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.00%vs 80.00%,χ2=4.114,P=0.043),and the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate(5%vs 22%,χ2=5.165,P=0.023)after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After scientific treatment with a comprehensive plan of gamma-oryzanol and rabeprazole enteric coated capsules,patients with dysphagia can significantly improve their condition.The risk of common adverse reactions and recurrence after treatment are low,and they have high safety and excellent clinical effects.
