The application effect of autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis placement in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery

Abstract：Objective To study the application effect of autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis placement in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery.Method 70 patients with nasal comprehensive plastic surgery admitted to Ningjin County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected,including a control group(35 cases)and an observation group(35 cases).The control group received silicone implant treatment for nasal comprehensive plastic surgery patients,while the observation group received autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone implant treatment for nasal comprehensive plastic surgery patients.The clinical plastic effect,satisfaction score,appearance score of the two groups of patients with nasal comprehensive plastic surgery were compared Quality of life score and complications.Result The total effective rate of nasal comprehensive plastic surgery in the observation group(autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone implant treatment)was 97.14%,higher than 80.00%in the control group(silicone implant treatment),and the difference in comparison results was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score and appearance score of patients with nasal comprehensive plastic surgery in the observation group(autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone implant treatment)were 95.53±1.26(points)and 8.91±0.51(points),respectively,which were higher than 88.60±2.43(points)and 8.15±0.47(points)in the control group(silicone implant treatment).The difference in comparison results was significant(P<0.05).The body pain,physiological function,psychological function,and social function scores of patients with nasal comprehensive plastic surgery in the observation group(autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone implant treatment)were 82.46±1.87(points),85.30±1.65(points),89.27±1.48(points),and 87.42±1.51(points),respectively,higher than those in the control group(silicone implant treatment),which were 73.85±2.61(points),78.62±2.34(points),80.21±2.05(points),and 80.35±2.10(points),The comparison results showed significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of prosthesis deformation,infection,and redness in patients with nasal comprehensive plastic surgery in the observation group(autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone implant treatment)was 5.71%,lower than the 20.00%in the control group(silicone implant treatment),and the difference in comparison results was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone implant in nasal comprehensive plastic surgery is significantly better than that of silicone implant treatment.Therefore,the combination of autologous ear cartilage and silicone implant treatment has more promotional value.
