Abstract：Objective This study aims to investigate the epidemiological status of allergic rhinitis among the Bai ethnic group in Dali,Yunnan.Method By randomly sampling the Bai ethnic group in Dali,Yunnan,360 survey questionnaires were distributed,352 valid questionnaires were collected,and 128 cases of allergic rhinitis were diagnosed.Allergen IgE testing was conducted on the 32 patients with allergic rhinitis mentioned above.According to the survey questionnaire and test results,the prevalence rate,male and female prevalence rate,and allergen types of allergic rhinitis among the Bai ethnic group in Dali region were summarized.Result The incidence rate of allergic rhinitis among the Bai ethnic group in Dali area is 36.36%,with no significant difference between male and female.The main allergens are perennial allergens,with household dust mites and dust mites accounting for the largest proportion.Conclusion The prevalence rate of allergic rhinitis among Bai ethnic group in Dali,Yunnan is high,and mites are the main allergens.Starting from improving the environment,the occurrence of allergic rhinitis in the region will be improved.
