Effect analysis of Wendan Decoction and Zexia Decoction combined acupuncture therapy on otogenic vertigo(Meniere's disease)

Abstract：Objective Analyze the effect of Wen Dan Tang combined with Ze Xie Tang in the treatment of otogenic vertigo(Meniere's disease).Method The research period was from January 2022 to March 2023,and the study subjects were 68 patients with otogenic vertigo admitted to our hospital.They were randomly divided into groups,with 34 patients in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,the control group was treated with acupuncture,the observation group was treated with Wendan decoction and Zexie decoction combined acupuncture treatment.Compare treatment effects.Result The TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The observation group had better scores for tinnitus and dizziness than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion To treat the patients with otogenic Vertigo by acupuncture therapy combined with Wendan decoction and Zexie decoction can improve the symptoms of the patients,improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of the patients.
