Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal septoplasty under perfusion nasal endoscopy, and to compare and analyze the intraoperative and postoperative effects of traditional nasal endoscopic three-line relaxation on patients with nasal septoplasty. Methods A total of 60 patients with nasal septum deviation admitted to Fuyong People's Hospital,Bao'an District,Shenzhen from December 2019 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The observation group was treated with nasal septoplasty by perfusion mode descending nasal endoscopic three-line relaxation method. The control group was treated with nasal septoplasty by nasal endoscopic three-line relaxation method. The operative time, intraoperative and postoperative complications such as bleeding, pain, mucosal damage, nasal dorsum collapse and nasal ventilation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.Compared with the control group, the operation time of the observation group was reduced, the amount of blood loss was less, the operation field was clearer, the operation process was more smooth, and the postoperative nasal congestion, pain and other perioperative clinical complications were lower than the control group. Conclusion Endoscopic nasal septoplasty with perfusion mode is effective and less damaging in the treatment of patients with deviated nasal septum. It can effectively reduce intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, pain, and significantly improve the degree of nasal ventilation.Effective and safe.
