Clinical pharmacological analysis of betahistine+mannitol in the treatment of inner ear vertigo

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of betahistine+mannitol in the treatment of inner ear vertigo and provide reference treatment plan.Methods A total of 78 patients with inner ear vertigo treated in our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into 39 cases each.Control group received conventional treatment,observation group combined with betahistine and mannitol treatment.Compare the curative effect.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The disappearance time and total treatment time of paroxysmal vertigo were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional treatment,the combination of betahistine and mannitol can effectively control the symptoms of the disease,shorten the recovery time and reduce the long-term recurrence rate of the disease.
