Clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound technology in the diagnosis and examination of laryngeal cancer

Abstract：Objective To study and analyze the application effect and clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound technology in the examination and diagnosis of laryngeal cancer.Method From July 2021 to June 2022,73 patients with suspected laryngeal cancer in the otolaryngology department were treated for disease examination and diagnosis using color Doppler ultrasound technology,and the results were analyzed.Result A summary of the detection status of throat diseases in patients was conducted,and color Doppler ultrasound technology was used for examination and diagnosis.Laryngeal cancer accounted for a certain proportion of patients.Compared with pathological examination(gold standard)results,color Doppler ultrasound technology has good accuracy and sensitivity in diagnosing laryngeal cancer and throat diseases(P>0.05).The comparison of imaging features between patients with laryngeal cancer and pharyngeal diseases showed that except for the proportion of high-density shadows,all other imaging features showed differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound technology in the diagnosis and examination of laryngeal cancer can achieve effective detection and accurate diagnosis.Patients with laryngeal cancer can be promoted in disease diagnosis through color Doppler ultrasound technology detection.
