Clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Granule on postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Granule on postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 200 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from 2020-01 to 2022-06 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.All patients were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.On the basis of this,Buzhong Yiqi granules were used for oral treatment.The short-term efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Data processing using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results The short-term survival rate of the observation group was better than control group.The incidence of adverse events were lower than control group,and the difference was both statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Granule has a good clinical effect on postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
