Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with Budesonide on allergic rhinitis

Abstract：Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Budesonide and ephedra aconite and asarum decoction on allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 72 patients with AR,who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2010,were randomly 2023 into control group(Budesonide)and Observation Group(Budesonide+Mahuangfuzi Xixin decoction),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The levels of IL-4,IL-8,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly lower,and the levels of IL-10,IFN-γ,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group before and after treatment,and the levels of IL-4,IL-8,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the effective rate of Observation Group(97.22%)was higher than that of control group(83.33%),P<0.05.Conclusion Budesonide+Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction can reduce the degree of inflammation,regulate the lymphocyte subpopulation,shorten the time of symptom relief and enhance the curative effect in the treatment of AR,which is worthy of praise.
