Gibbs reflects on the effect of circulation in the treatment of oral mucositis in patients with nasopharyngeal radiotherapy

Abstract：Objective To observe the prevention and treatment effect of oral mucositis after the circulation.Methods Collect data time(2022.1.1～2022.12.31),select 100 NPC patients with radiotherapy,according to the random number table method,the control group 50 patients(combined Gibbs reflection cycle),patients meet clinical requirements,observe the oral mucosa damage and occurrence time,evaluate the satisfaction.Results The proportion of grade I patients 78.00%was higher than that of the control group,and the proportion of grade I patients 16.00%and 4.00%was lower(P<0.05).The observation group occurred(19.56±3.74)d later,and had more satisfaction(92.14±4.82)than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with NPC radiotherapy,Gibbs can effectively improve the symptoms of oral mucositis,which is beneficial to delay the occurrence time of oral mucositis and improve the satisfaction.
