The Clinical Value of Azdrostatin Nasal Spray Combined with Desloratadine in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis Patients

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the positivity of the combination treatment of azostatin nasal spray and desloratadine for allergic rhinitis.Method 80 patients with allergic rhinitis from our hospital(March 2022 to February 2023)were selected and divided into groups based on the principle of matching their basic data(ensuring 40 cases in each group).The control group was treated with azelastine nasal spray,while the observation group was treated with desloratadine in combination.Result Compared with the observation group's total effective rate(97.50%),the control group's 82.50%total effective rate(as many as 7 cases were ineffective)was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group showed a significant improvement in serum inflammatory factor levels(P<0.05).Compared with the 22.50%incidence of adverse reactions in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Azdrostatin nasal spray combined with desloratadine has a significant therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis,which can improve treatment efficiency and improve the quality of patient prognosis.
