Abstract:Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of high-resolution CT in the diagnosis of inner ear malformations in children with sensorineural deafness. Methods A total of 87 children with sensorineural deafness were randomly selected during the study period from April 2019~April 2023 as the research subjects, and a comparative clinical study was carried out to analyze the diagnostic value of HRCT for inner ear malformations.Results(1)The standardized BL,BW,CH,CNCa,cncs and CL of cochlear in HRCT imaging were lower than those in children with normal inner ear development, and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of high-resolution CT technology in the diagnosis of inner ear malformations in children with sensorineural deafness can analyze the types and deformities of inner ear malformations after evaluating the standardized measurement data of cochlear implants, and provide clinical basis for the implementation of subsequent cochlear implantation.
