Clinical efficacy of Budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 80 patients with allergic rhinitis from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(N=40)and control group(N=40),the study group was treated with Budesonide nasal spray,and the changes of rhinitis symptoms and inflammatory factors were observed.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-5,Il-10 and quality of life before treatment(P>0.05)After 3-month follow-up,the levels of IFN-γ and Il-10 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 in the study group were lower than those in the control group.The scores of quality of life in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 3-month follow-up(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of Budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients,make the levels of inflammation significantly reduced,quality of life significantly improved,it is worth using.
