Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency surgery under nasal endoscope for the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma. Methods In this study,64 patients with nasal varus papilloma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional surgical treatment, while patients in the observation group were given nasal endoscopic low-temperature plasma radiofRF surgery, and intraoperative blood loss was compared and analyzed between the two groups.Operative time, complication rate, length of hospital stay and other surgical indicators, postoperative pain and so on.Results The clinical efficacy, surgical indexes and postoperative pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the data comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable application of low temperature plasma radiofrequency surgery under nasal endoscope in the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma has good clinical efficacy, less intraoperative bleeding, short hospital stay, and the most important patients with low postoperative pain and rapid recovery of quality of life. Therefore, this treatment mode is worthy of clinical application and wide promotion.
