Abstract:Objective To study the clinical efficacy of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with Budesonide suspension nebulized inhalation in the diagnosis and treatment of sinusitis. Methods A total of 68 patients with sinusitis from January 2020 to 20232001 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy, and the control group was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium sequential therapy, the treatment group was treated with Budesonide suspension inhalation on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic efficacy, symptom improvement, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared. Results ①the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05),②the effect of symptom improvement:the mucociliary clearance rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05);③inflammatory factors:c-reactive protein and Interleukin-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05),④adverse reactions:there was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions(dry nasal cavity,headache,etc.)(P>0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium sequential therapy combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonide suspension is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of sinusitis. It can improve ciliary function of nasal mucosa, inhibit inflammatory effect and improve clinical symptoms, and the combined use of drugs without significant adverse reactions,it is worth learning.
