Nursing cooperation measures of foreign body removal in pharynx and larynx under fibrolaryngoscope

Abstract：Objective To analyze the nursing cooperation measures of taking out foreign bodies in pharynx and larynx under fibrolaryngoscope,and seek the best nursing plan.Methods Eighty-six patients who underwent foreign body removal in pharynx and larynx under fiber laryngoscope from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the main body,and divided into groups by odd-even method.Among them,43 patients were the reference group,and the remaining 43 patients were the observation group,and the nursing effect,bad mood and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,with significant difference and value(P＜0.05);(2)The SCL-90 score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,with significant difference and value(P＜0.05);(3)The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,with significant difference and value(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of optimizing nursing cooperation measures in the removal of foreign bodies from pharynx and larynx under fiber laryngoscope is remarkable,which can improve the emotional state of the body,improve nursing satisfaction and promote the successful completion of foreign body removal.
