Study on the effect of perioperative nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in sinusitis patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(tcm)nursing in perioperative sinusitis.Methods From November 2022 to 2023,802023 sinusitis patients in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the envelope method,comparative Indicators:Rehabilitation Indicators,quality of life,complications,pain level,satisfaction and so on.Results ① Rehabilitation Index:compared with the control group,the improvement of nasal ciliary transmission rate and olfactory function in the observation group was more significant(p＜0.05),②quality of life:in the physiological/social function,vitality and other indexes,the Observation Group was higher than the control group(p＜0.05);③ complications and pain:compared with the control group,the observation group had lower complication rate and lower VAS(p＜0.05),④ Satisfaction Degree:The Observation Group had higher satisfaction degree and record value than the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing of Chinese medicine on sinusitis is significant,which can improve symptoms,relieve pain,promote functional recovery of nose,and benefit the prognosis of patients.
