Discussion on the value of high quality nursing intervention mode in the nursing of otolaryngology vertigo

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality nursing intervention mode in the nursing of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo(VBI).Method The inclusion period was January 2022-January 2023.84 VBI patients admitted to the neurology department of the hospital during this period were selected as the main body,and divided by parity method.Among them,42 cases were included in the control group,which received routine nursing,and the remaining 42 cases were included in the research group,which received high-quality nursing intervention mode.Nursing satisfaction,emotional state and quality of life were compared between groups.Results The WHOQOL score and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The SCL-90 score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention mode is of significant value in VBI patients,which can promote the relief of patients'bad mood,and has positive significance in improving nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
