Detailed analysis of the influence of nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing intervention on quality of life and negative emotions in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods Based on the random number table,90 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media collected from April 2020 to April 2021 in our hospital were included in this study and divided into the reference group(45 cases)and experimental group(45 cases).The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received detailed nursing intervention.The quality of life and negative emotion before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,all the scores of quality of life in the two groups were different(P＞0.05).After intervention,all scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the calculation results between groups showed P＜0.05.Before intervention,there was no significant negative emotion comparison between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,all scores of negative emotion in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the statistical results showed that P＜0.05.Conclusion For patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,the implementation of detailed nursing intervention can effectively improve the overall quality of life of patients,and it is particularly important for relieving their negative emotions.It is the first choice for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,worthy of promotion and application.
