Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of seamless operating room nursing in plasma ablation of bilateral tonsils in children.Method Case data was collected from January 2022 to December 2022.The study subjects were children who underwent bilateral tonsil plasma ablation treatment in our hospital.66 cases were randomly divided into a double blind group, with 33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observation group.Routine nursing and seamless operating room nursing were performed accordingly. The psychological status(SAS,SDS scores),pain(VAS scores),complications, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared.Result Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower(6.06%),and the overall nursing satisfaction was significantly higher(96.97%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups before nursing, while the VAS scores,SAS,and SDS scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group after nursing, indicating a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing seamless operating room care for children treated with bilateral tonsil plasma ablation can not only improve service quality, reduce surgical risks, but also effectively alleviate the negative emotions of the children, promote their peace of mind and cooperate with treatment, and is worthy of clinical adoption.
