Abstract:Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of perioperative intensive nursing in patients undergoing thyroid nodule surgery. Methods Based on the lottery method,70 patients who underwent thyroid nodule surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were included in this study and divided into the reference group(35 cases)and the experimental group(35 cases). The reference group received perioperative routine nursing, and the experimental group received perioperative refined nursing.Comfort score, negative emotion score before and after nursing, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was 2.86%lower than that in control group,17.14%.All comparison results of nursing satisfaction score and comfort score of experimental group were better than that of the reference group, and the overall comparison difference was statistically significant P<0.05.There was no statistical significance in the comparison of negative emotion between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were all better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effect of perioperative refined nursing intervention for patients with thyroid nodule surgery is relatively significant, which can effectively relieve patients'negative emotions and reduce postoperative complications.Patients have a high degree of satisfaction with nursing methods, which is worth popularizing and implementing.
