Abstract:Objective To study the effect of deglutition function evaluation and nursing intervention on dysphagia patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 76 patients with dysphagia due to cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May to May 2022 were 2021,"Double-blind method"was divided into control group(routine nursing),observation group(swallowing function assessment+nursing intervention)38 cases each, the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in swallowing function and quality of life before intervention,P>0.05.After intervention, the scores of WST,SSA,leakage-aspiration and residual were lower,SQAL-QOL was higher in the observation group than in the control group The compliance rate(97.37%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(73.68%).The rate of aspiration in the observation group(2.63%)was lower than that in the control group(13.16%),P<0.05;.Conclusion Deglutition function evaluation and nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and deglutition function of patients with dysphagia due to cerebral infarction, optimize compliance behavior and avoid aspiration.
