Effect of quality care on quality of life in patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

Abstract：Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing on quality of life in patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods 94 patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome enrolled in our hospital during the period of collection from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the objects of this study,and were divided into the reference group(47 cases)and the experimental group(47 cases)by computer sampling method.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The quality of life and sleep before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in quality of life between the 2 groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in sleep quality between the experimental group and the reference group before intervention(P＞0.05),but the sleep quality score after intervention was lower than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical implementation of high quality nursing for patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome can effectively relieve patients'negative emotions and improve their quality of life,It is worth popularizing and implementing.
