Analysis of the influence of nursing intervention in operating room on stress response and psychological state of patients undergoing thyroid surgery

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of different operating room nursing intervention methods in clinical intervention of thyroid surgery patients,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of care for thyroid surgery patients to find effective intervention paths.Method Sixty-eight patients who received thyroid surgery treated in the operating room of our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.After randomly divided into two groups,patients in the observation group(34 cases)received proceded operating room nursing intervention,while patients in the control group(34 cases)received routine nursing.Psychological state scores and stress response and other clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The stress response level and psychological state score of observation group were lower than control group(P＜0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications of observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the intervention of patients with thyroid surgery,the nursing staff strictly implement the process of operating room nursing intervention method can significantly eliminate the negative psychological state of patients,reduce the incidence of stress response is an important part,meet the requirements of patients with comprehensive disease management in the perioperative period,and has popularization value.
