Clinical nursing intervention measures and implementation effect of pregnant patients with otolaryngological diseases

Abstract：Objective To study the way of clinical nursing intervention for pregnant patients with ear,nose and throat diseases,and to analyze the results.Methods Fifty patients with otolaryngological diseases during pregnancy were selected to be included in the study,the time range was set as October 2021 to October 2022,the random arrangement of grouping using function was set as 25 cases/group,and the life was set as study group and comparison group,among which the comparison group(routine nursing)and research group(based on the above clinical comprehensive nursing intervention),and the disease knowledge index was analyzed.The measured value of treatment cooperation and nursing effect.Results(1)The content of disease knowledge index was higher in the study group than in the comparison group(P＜0.05).(2)The treatment coordination rate and the achieved rate of periodic review in the study group were higher than those in the comparison group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);③ The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with otolaryngological diseases during pregnancy is more conducive to disease management.Patients have a correct cognition of the disease,can carry out nursing according to the requirements,regular review,nursing effect is remarkable,worthy of popularization and application.
