Observation on the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with acute nasal hemorrhage

Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the treatment of patients with acute nasal bleeding.Methods A retrospective study was carried out.100 patients with acute nasal hemorrhage received diagnosis and treatment mainly from February 2022 to March 2023,and were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)according to the difference of nursing mode.The control group implemented routine nursing and the research group implemented humanized nursing.Outcome measures:treatment effect,frequency of nosebleed,psychological state,nursing satisfaction score.Results The total effective rate of 96％in the study group was significantly higher than 84％in the control group,P＜0.05.After nursing for 3 days,the nasal bleeding frequency index of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P＜0.05.After 3d nursing,HAMA score and HAMD score indexes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P＜0.05.The score index of nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the frequency of nasal bleeding,optimize the psychological state and improve nursing satisfaction.
