Study on the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in radical operation of thyroid cancer patients and its influence on patients

Abstract：Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of radical operation in patients with thyroid cancer and its influence on patients.Methods Select the time node for November 2018～November 2022 period,the hospital received 80 cases of thyroid patients,all patients were treated with radical thyroidectomy,through the computer sampling method was divided into control group and experimental group,each group of 40 cases,the control group was given perioperative routine nursing,the experimental group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention.The pain scores of 1 and 3 days after surgery and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.The incidence of clinical complications and nursing satisfaction were also compared between the two groups.Results 1 day after the operation,the pain score of the experimental group was insignificant(P＞0.05),3 days after the operation,the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The duration of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and statistical calculation showed that P＜0.05;The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The postoperative complications of the experimental group were 2.50％lower than that of the control group,22.50％,and the calculated results showed that P＜0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention has significant clinical effect in the perioperative period of radical surgery for thyroid cancer patients,which can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay of patients,reduce postoperative complications,and effectively relieve their pain,and the overall clinical nursing satisfaction is higher.
