Abstract：Objective To summarize and analyze the current situation of Chinese and Western medicine nursing in recent years,and to provide reference for clinical nursing and follow-up related research.Means Access to CNKI,Wanfang(VIP),Chinese biomedical database,PubMed and other databases to obtain information,after collation,analysis,summed up.Result In recent years,clinical studies have found that Chinese and Western medicine nursing has improved the residual dizziness of otolith,especially the traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,which has a unique effect on improving the residual dizziness of otolith.Conclusion Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing has curative effect on improving the residual symptoms of otolith,but it can not completely remove the lesion at present,and recurrence is difficult to avoid.How to better provide nursing services for patients with otolith and reduce the recurrence rate needs to be further explored.
