Exploring the Effect of Implementing Personalized Nursing in the Operating Room for Patients Undergoing Ear,Nose,and Throat Surgery

Abstract:Objective Exploring the value of personalized nursing plans for patients undergoing ear,nose,and throat surgery in their operating room nursing work to improve nursing quality and alleviate negative emotions.Method A total of 70 surgical patients admitted to the otolaryngology department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were included.Before undergoing surgical treatment,standardized grouping was conducted,and different operating room nursing measures were given to evaluate the differences in nursing outcomes between the groups.They are the control group and the observation group,with similar sample sizes included between the groups,corresponding to routine care and personalized care for surgery.Result The nursing quality and safety of the two groups were evaluated,and the scores of instrument and equipment management,disinfection and isolation,instrument preparation,nurse cooperation skills,and nursing safety in the operating room were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The emotional status of the two groups of patients was evaluated before and after nursing care.There was a small difference between the two groups before and after nursing care.Negative emotions in both groups were alleviated after nursing care,and the score values were lower in the observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion Implementing personalized nursing plans in the operating room for patients undergoing ear,nose,and throat surgery has significant value in improving nursing quality and alleviating negative emotions.
