Application of Dialectical Nursing in Nursing Care of Secretory Otitis Media and Evaluation of its Impact on Anxiety and Depression Emotions

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the influence of syndrome differentiation nursing on anxiety and depression in the nursing of secretory otitis media.Methods Research survey interval for March 2020 to March 2023,the survey subject in our otolaryngology department of patients with secreted otitis media,select 92 cases according to computer random allocation method,control group and observation group 46 cases,the corresponding implementation of routine nursing and dialectical nursing,comparative analysis of patients nursing satisfaction,anxiety,depression and sleep state.Results Compared with the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group was statistically higher(P<0.05);the mood scores before nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05.);considering the measurement results of the control group,the sleep quality scores of the patients during the nursing period in the observation group were significantly low,and the statistical difference was P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of dialectical nursing mode for patients with secretory otitis media is not only conducive to improving patients' mood,improving clinical service quality,but also standardizing and guiding patients to maintain a comfortable state and actively cooperate with treatment,which is worthy of clinical adoption.
