Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chaiqin Qingqiao decoction on secretory otitis media(som).Method A total of 64 patients with secretory otitis media were enrolled in the study from March to 20212023,the treatment group was treated with Chaiqin Qingqiao decoction on the basis of the control group. The effective rate, pure tone threshold of Qi conduction, symptom improvement score and inflammatory factors were compared. Results ① the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05);② time for improvement of symptoms and pure tone auditory threshold of air conduction:the mean value of pure tone auditory threshold of air conduction and time for improvement of symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05);③ inflammatory factors:the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05);4 adverse reactions:there was no significant difference between the two groups in adverse reactions, such as dizziness and nausea(p>0.05).Conclusion Chaiqin Qingqiao decoction is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of secretory otitis media(syndrome of stagnation of heat in the liver and lung). It can relieve symptoms, weaken the expression of inflammatory factors, promote hearing improvement, and has less adverse reactions.
