Evaluation of the effect of drug therapy combined with acupuncture and massage on tinnitus and deafness

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of drug therapy combined with acupuncture and massage on tinnitus and deafness.Methods A total of 80 cases of tinnitus and deafness from January 2001 to 20232001 in our hospital were 2021,in the treatment group,40 cases were treated with acupuncture and massage,and the indexes of the two groups were compared,such as effective rate of treatment,quality of life and TCM syndrome integral.Results 1 the effective rate of qualitative treatment:the total effective rate recorded in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(p＜0.05),2 the scores of TCM symptoms and tinnitus disability/loudness:the scores of Tinnitus Noise,Vertigo and tinnitus disability,etc.,3 quality of life:the scores of physiological and psychological functions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(p＜0.05)4 hemorheology:the whole blood viscosity of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus and deafness based on routine Western medicine combined with acupuncture and massage is more effective,which can effectively improve the symptoms,reduce the disability caused by tinnitus,correct the hemorheology,and optimize the quality of life.
