Abstract:Objective To explore the positivity of bilateral stellate ganglion block(SGB)combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients.Method The period from June 2021 to October 2022 was the period for selecting cases in this study. The data of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were retrospectively selected and grouped according to the random sampling method(ensuring that 30 cases were included in each group); The control group received SGB treatment, while the observation group received SGB combined with acupoint injection.Result Compared with 76.66%of the clinical efficacy observation indicators in the control group, the clinical efficacy of the observation group(17 cases showed significant effect and 12 cases showed effective effect, respectively)was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment, compared with the observation data of inflammatory response and specific cytokine levels in the control group, the observation group showed significantly lower values of IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,LTB4,IgE indicators, lower expression of inflammatory response, and higher expression of Th1/Th2(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of SGB and acupoint injection has a significant effect on the treatment of allergic rhinitis, which can improve the prognosis of patients on the basis of improving clinical efficacy.
