Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of multi-slice spiral CT and image post-processing on the diagnosis and treatment of inner ear in neurogenic hearing loss.Method For patients with neurogenic hearing loss who were admitted to the hospital between January 2021 and January 2023,100 cases were selected based on research activity needs and grouped using a random number table method. This study compared the diagnostic accuracy of X-ray films and multi-slice spiral CT between the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases).Result After sorting out the data on the diagnosis rate, misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate, etc.between the control group and the experimental group, the diagnosis rate of the control group(80%)was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(100%),and there was a statistically significant difference in numerical values between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of inner ear diseases,multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology is used as the working method.Unlike previous clinical X-ray diagnostic methods,it has a high sensitivity to the inner ear and can provide doctors with relatively reliable data to improve clinical diagnosis rate.At the same time, doctors can provide relatively reliable treatment plans based on the condition of inner ear damage in children. The performance of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of inner ear diseases in patients has a relatively high accuracy in existing diagnostic techniques, and is worthy of wide clinical application.
