Effects of clarithromycin combined with standard myrtle oil enteric-coated capsules and mometasone furoate nasal spray in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical application effect and symptom relief effect of clarithromycin combined with standard myrtle oil enteric-coated capsules and mometasone furoate nasal spray in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods A total of 93 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis were selected for comparative treatment studies,and the study period was September 2020～February 2023.To analyze the therapeutic effect of standard myrtle oil enteric-coated capsules+mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with low-dose clarithromycin.Results The Lund-Kennedy score in the study group at one month and March and blood Il-5,IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in the treatment group at 3 months were lower than those in the reference group,and the effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.65％)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P＜0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,P＜0.05.Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with standard myrtle oil enteric-coated capsules and mometasone furoate nasal spray in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis is definite.
