Effect and pharmaceutical analysis of Kaijian Spray in the treatment of acute pharyngitis in children

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of throat sword spray on children with acute pharyngitis,and to analyze the pharmaceutical situation.Methods A total of 64 children with acute pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into two groups by odd-even method,of which 32 cases were included in the experimental group and the remaining 32 cases were used as comparison group.Children in the experimental group were treated with laryngeal sword spray,and children in the comparison group were treated with Yanbian granule.Clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,clinical symptom scores and adverse reactions were analyzed between groups.Results(1)The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05);(2)The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TN F-α in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);(3)The scores of laryngeal ringing,hoarseness,pharyngeal burning or dryness in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were significant(P＜0.05);(4)The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal sword spray in children with acute pharyngitis has ideal efficacy and safety.It can inhibit the reaction of inflammatory factors and is beneficial to the improvement of disease symptoms.It is worth promoting.
