Abstract:Objective To analyze and compare the effect of using and not using high frequency electrotomy in difficult tracheotomy. Methods Selected from January 2018 to June 2022 in the intensive care unit(ICU),72 cases in hospital in patients receiving line next to the bed difficulty tracheotomy as the research object, according to random table method is divided into research group and control group, each group of 36 cases, all patients with surgical tracheotomy in bed,the team in intraoperative fully using the high frequency electricity knife operation,While the control group in intraoperative techniques using conventional surgical method, record of two groups of patients with preoperative general information(age, gender, blood coagulation function),tracheotomy preoperative difficulty factor, intraoperative incision length, intraoperative blood loss, operative time, healing time and postoperative complications after extubation and other related perioperative indicators. Results two groups of patients in the preoperative general information and operation difficult factors is no statistical significance(P>0.05),but in intraoperative incision length, intraoperative blood loss, operative time, healing time and postoperative complications after extubation related indicators, group was significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational use of high-frequency electrosurgical surgery in difficult tracheotomy at the bedside has the advantages of small incision, less blood loss, short operation time, quick healing of the postoperative mouth and low incidence of postoperative complications, which can better ensure the safety of surgery and reduce the economic burden of patients.
