Clinical investigation of nasal endoscopic operation combined with nasal and oral glucocorticoid in the treatment of eosinophilic nasal polyps

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic surgery combined with nasal and oral glucocorticoid in the treatment of eosinophils with nasal polyps.Methods 280 patients were selected for analysis and divided into observation group and control group,140 patients in each group.The observation group selected endoscopic nasal surgery combined with glucocorticoid for data,and the control group selected endoscopic nasal surgery for treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group and the control group were analyzed,and it was found that the treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group,and the comparison of the two groups of data was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Intranasal endoscopic surgery combined with intranasal and oral glucocorticoid in the treatment of eosinophilic nasal polyps has a good effect,high safety and low overall recurrence rate,so it is worth to use this kind of combined treatment in our clinic.
