Effectiveness analysis of color Doppler flow imaging combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid artery injury after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract：Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler flow imaging and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid artery injury after NPC radiotherapy.Methods 86 patients treated in our hospital and Tongwei County People's Hospital were selected at June 2018-January 2023.The two groups used CDFI combined with CDUS examination and CT vascular imaging examination.The probability of missed diagnosis and diagnostic accuracy of the two groups were analyzed.Results The probability of missed misdiagnosis in the observation group was lower than the control group;the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using color Doppler flow imaging combined with color Doppler ultrasound has remarkable results and deserves promotion in clinical practice.
