Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse reactions of clarithromycin combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps. Methods 80 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps admitted to Jiuquan People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The control group and the observation group were treated with clarithromycin and clarithromycin combined with budesonide respectively. The curative effect, the degree of epithelial injury, the level of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of grade 0 patients with epithelial injury in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3 patients was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with budesonide can effectively reduce epithelial injury and inflammatory reaction in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps, with significant effect and high safety.
