Effect evaluation of Mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Biyan Tablet in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Abstract：Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of Mometasone furoate nasal spray plus Biyan tablets,and to study the specific methods and effective rates in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods In this study,70 patients with allergic rhinitis(meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria,random number table method)were selected from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into control group(n=35)and study group(n=35).The control group was treated with Mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the study group was treated with Biyan tablet.Results IL-8 and IL-4 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while IFN-γ was higher than those in the control group,and the comparison was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the data analysis was significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray+Biyan Pian has positive significance,can effectively inhibit adverse reactions and inflammatory factors,has high therapeutic effect,can be actively promoted.
