Analysis of therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with vitamin C on moderate and severe radioactive pharyngitis

Abstract：Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with vitamin C on severe radioactive pharyngitis.Methods 80 patients with severe radioactive pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 were divided into reference group and combination group by random color ball extraction method,with 40 cases in each group.The traditional treatment group was the reference group,and the combination group was treated with Kangfuxin solution+vitamin C.The remission time and clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the therapeutic effect in the combination group was 97.5%,significantly higher than that in the reference group(82.5%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The remission time of all signs in the control group was lower than that in the combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,Kangfuxin solution combined with vitamin C can be used in the treatment of severe radioactive pharyngitis with reliable efficacy and fewer complications,which can relieve the symptoms and improve the prognosis of the disease.
