Application of supplemented Yupingfeng decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency type and its influence on the immune function of patients

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of adding Yupingfeng decoction on patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency type,and to evaluate the effect on immune function.Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis of lungqi deficiency diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the main body,and were divided into experimental group(40 cases)and comparison group(40 cases)by envelope method.They were treated with supplemented Yupingfeng decoction and conventional western medicine,respectively,and the therapeutic effect,immune function and TCM syndrome scores of each group were analyzed.The study period was from May 2022 to May 2023.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05;The immunoglobulin level of experimental groups was higher than that of control group,and T-test showed P<0.05.The TCM syndrome score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and t test showed P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of modified Yupingfeng decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lungqi deficiency type is obvious,which can improve the immune function of patients and reduce the TCM syndrome score,and the application value is ideal.
