Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of hypoogenic plasma ablation in benign and malignant laryngeal tumors. Methods The data of 78 patients with benign and malignant laryngeal tumors from June 2019 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission,39 each. The control group used conventional surgical resection, and the study group used cryogenic plasma ablation to compare the treatment effect of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had shorter surgery, healing and hospital stay, relatively small blood transfusion volume, significant difference,P<0.05;according to the follow-up results, only one study group had laryngeal papilloma, recurrence rate of 2.56%;in the control group,2 portal laryngeal cancer,3 laryngeal papilloma and 3 epiglottic cysts, recurrence rate was 20.51%,significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with benign and malignant laryngeal tumors, the application of hypoogenic plasma ablation can improve throat function, improve the quality of pronunciation, reduce the recurrence rate and risk of complications, win the satisfaction of a large number of patients, and the overall effect is significant.
