Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of thyrotropin in the treatment of thyroid cancer patients, and to explore the effects of its biochemical and endocrine indexes. Methods Sixty-eight patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital between March 2021 and July 2022 were included as research objects, and the 68 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 34 patients in each group. The grouping method was carried out by computer lottery. The reference group was given thyroid hormone drug replacement therapy, and the experimental group was given thyroid hormone drug inhibitory dose therapy.Endocrine indexes, biochemical indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was 2.94%lower than that in control group,17.64%,P<0.05.There were no differences in biochemical and endocrine indexes between the experimental group and the reference group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, biochemical indexes of experimental group were higher than the reference group in ALP,ALT,TB,and lower than the reference group in ALB,AST,and lower;endocrine indexes of experimental group in TSH were lower than the reference group, and FT3 and FT4 were higher than the reference group. The statistical comparison results showed that P<0.05.Conclusion The overall application value of thyrotropin therapy for patients with thyroid cancer is relatively significant, which can effectively improve endocrine and biochemical indexes, and the improvement effect of inhibitory dose is better, and the drug safety is higher.
